BeeSouk is not the owner, manufacturer, or supplier of the products listed by independent sellers unless explicitly stated. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, availability, quality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and seller information before placing an order. Buyers agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and complete payments through the approved payment methods available on BeeSouk.
6. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products listed on BeeSouk are accurate, lawful, and available for sale. Sellers agree to provide truthful product descriptions, maintain inventory accuracy, fulfill orders promptly, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and honor their commitments to buyers.
7. Payments
All payments on BeeSouk must be completed through the payment methods approved by the platform. BeeSouk works with trusted third-party payment providers to process transactions securely. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and valid.
8. Orders and Transactions
Once an order is placed, both buyers and sellers are responsible for fulfilling their respective obligations. Sellers must process orders within the agreed timeframe, while buyers must complete payment as required. BeeSouk reserves the right to cancel or suspend transactions that violate these Terms or involve suspected fraud.
9. Prohibited Activities
User must not:

11. Limitation of Liability
BeeSouk operates solely as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. BeeSouk is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, delivery, or performance of products and services offered by independent sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeeSouk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or transactions between buyers and sellers.
12. Privacy
The collection, use, and protection of personal information are governed by BeeSouk’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
13. Account Suspension
BeeSouk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, provides false information, or misuses the platform. BeeSouk may take such action without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform and its users.
14. Governing Law

Users are prohibited from listing, selling, or promoting products or services that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, restricted by Saudi laws, or that violate the rights of any third party. BeeSouk reserves the right to remove such listings immediately.
19. Changes to Terms
BeeSouk may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
