Seller Terms & Requirements

1. Seller Eligibility

To register as a seller on BeeSouk, you must meet the following requirements:

• A valid Commercial Registration (CR) issued in Saudi Arabia
• A valid National ID or Iqama
• A valid VAT Registration Number (if applicable)
• A physical business address within Saudi Arabia
• A valid business phone number
• A valid business email address
• A bank account under the same legal entity or CR holder

BeeSouk reserves the right to request additional documents for verification.

2. Required Documents

Sellers must provide the following documents during registration or upon request:

• Commercial Registration (CR)
• National ID / Iqama
• VAT Certificate (if applicable)
• Bank Account IBAN Certificate
• Any licenses required for regulated or restricted products

Providing false or invalid documents may result in account suspension.

3. Bank Account Requirements

To receive payouts, sellers must provide:

• A valid IBAN number
• Bank name
• Account holder name
• Proof of account ownership matching the CR or ID

BeeSouk may delay payouts if the bank information does not match the legal entity.

4. Product Listing Requirements

Sellers must ensure that all listed products:

• Are legal and permitted in Saudi Arabia
• Are accurately described
• Include clear, original, and non‑misleading images
• Are available in stock
• Comply with Saudi standards (SASO) when required
• Are not counterfeit, expired, damaged, or prohibited

BeeSouk may remove any listing that violates these requirements.

5. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must:

• Process and ship orders within the promised timeframe
• Use proper and secure packaging
• Provide accurate tracking information when applicable
• Handle delayed or failed shipments promptly

Repeated delays may result in penalties or account suspension.

6. Return & Refund Compliance

Sellers must comply with BeeSouk’s return and refund policies, including:

• Accepting returns for defective, incorrect, or non‑matching items
• Processing return requests within the required timeframe
• Issuing refunds promptly
• Cooperating with BeeSouk in dispute resolution

Failure to comply may result in deductions from seller payouts.

7. Prohibited Products

Sellers may NOT list or sell:

• Illegal or restricted items under Saudi law
• Counterfeit or fake products
• Stolen goods
• Hazardous or dangerous materials
• Medical or health products without proper licensing
• Products that violate intellectual property rights
• Expired, damaged, or tampered goods

BeeSouk may remove prohibited listings immediately.

8. Seller Conduct

Sellers must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
• Maintain professional communication
• Avoid fraudulent or misleading behavior
• Not attempt to bypass BeeSouk or contact buyers outside the platform
• Comply with all BeeSouk policies and Saudi regulations

Unprofessional behavior may lead to account suspension.

9. Fees & Payments

Sellers agree to:

• Pay applicable platform fees and commissions
• Allow BeeSouk to deduct refunds, disputes, or penalties from payouts
• Follow BeeSouk’s payout schedule and payment policies

10. Account Suspension or Termination

BeeSouk may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Selling prohibited products
• Repeated customer complaints
• Violating shipping or return policies
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to comply with Saudi regulations

11. Compliance with Saudi Laws

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, including:

• E‑Commerce Law
• Commercial Law
• Anti‑Fraud Law
• Consumer Protection Law
• VAT Regulations
• Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
• SASO product standards
• Any other relevant regulations

12. Updates to Seller Terms

BeeSouk may update these Seller Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
